Innovations IAT
Since 1996 we have been introducing new technologies into Ukrainian cartography — from GIS systems for government agencies to international awards in digital cartography.
What we're building today
Our cartography isn't only history. Today we create modern learning materials that work in the classroom, online, and in your pocket.
Mobile digital atlases
Geography atlases for grades 7–11 as Android apps — maps always at hand on a smartphone or tablet.
Maps for the Ministry's Standard List
New educational maps compliant with the Standard List of teaching aids and equipment for classrooms and STEM labs.
All-Ukrainian Online School
Our atlas materials are used in the All-Ukrainian Online School — the Ministry's video lessons, tests, and assignments for students and teachers.
Partnership with Pistacja
Collaboration with Pistacja, a free video-lessons platform for Ukrainian students.
ua.pistacja.tv →GIS for Government
Among the first in Ukraine to implement GIS for government agencies — from electoral systems to sector maps.
Ministry of Transport · MoE · State Broadcasting Committee · State Tourism Committee · State Standards Committee · Kyiv City State Administration · Kyiv Police HQ · Kyiv Emergency Services
GIS "Vybory" (Elections)
In 2002, IAT's developments were used in Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada elections. In 2005, we developed our own GIS "Vybory" (Elections) system for all participants in the electoral process.
